Exactly. Used to be if you were polite and deferential towards minorities, your reward was to not be called a racist. It was a shitty deal that ruined everything, but it was still a deal. Now you can burn yourself at the stake to prove you’re not racist, and they’ll call you racist anyways. So what’s the incentive to be polite anymore?

Implicit bias is junk science. They rushed it into service before anyone even properly studied it.
