This is a really soft way for them of explaining a horrific problem. I think we all knew that one girl who "Grew boobs over summer" in early middle school, and how she was instantly the center of a lot of attention that a child isn't equipped to handle. These are the girls that predators aim for first, and that's the exact reason why they end up with a drug and alcohol problem.
Everyone involved in trying to treat this as just a sad little quirk of nature, instead of a real and serious problem should be shot.
3 years old is young enough that they're borderline incoherent, still at risk for bathroom accidents, and skinning their knees is the worst thing that's ever happened. How the fuck do you guide a girl that young through her first period? I'm not even angry anymore, I'm just at the point where excising this shit is a clinical duty.

She'll get puberty blockers, which is what they were actually made for, and hopefully go through a normal puberty in 8-9 years.
Probably early aging. Same way boys and girls in America start aging around 20.
