It's already researched. As soon as a couple of non-native speaking immigrants are dropped in a class, the grades of the entire class go down. Not just the median, but the individual scores of a lot of students.
(I'm being a bit of a sarcastic ass because the ENTIRE establishment will act like it's unknown science to block hostile foreigners out when it's basic knowledge)
I support putting these gimmiegrants to the schooling system. See, back in the day there were rifle clubs in America, and we bring that back. Now, those teens need live targets to shoot at, right? Instead of shooting at random animals, why not have them take pot shots with a plinker at a rapefugee? Besides, targets are boring and result in ecological waste, shooting animals is boring AND inhumane.
One of the most uncomfortable truths about IQ is that you can very easily sabotage a smart child’s development but you cannot do much in the opposite direction. Dumb kids are, for the most part, doomed to be dumb.
It took me a moment... if the median goes down, wouldn't that require the students' individual grades to drop too? Nope.
The "new" students, who probably don't speak much English, have much education and shouldn't be there at that grade level, they will drop the average. But the existing students will also suffer lower grades too for various reasons. So it is as bad as it looks. If not worse.
