If that dude is who I think it is, he even mutilated his vocal cords to sound like a woman. Because he is the only troon to ever sound like a woman - which of course, they never do naturally and not even when putting on their homo voice.
He may have, but the "vocal feminization" surgery is just as sloppy and non-passing as the rest of the surgeries trannies get, it doesn't really allow them to reach a higher range, it simply restricts the ability to speak in a low range so I think any ability to pass vocally is mostly down to genetic factors and missing puberty.
I've met a few trannies who passed vocally and I was primarily able to pick them out due to their distinctly male hobbies and interests but of those I don't think a single one had had the vocal surgery meanwhile I've heard trannies who have had the surgery and they end up sounding every bit as fake as they actually are.
Every aspect of tranny surgery is so bad that in any other field the results would be considered such a disaster that they aren't even worth trying, and even the more routine and medical aspects of the surgeries are executed so poorly that they fail to meet the visual quality benchmarks 3rd world medical clinics provide, and for seeing that aspect there's not much better place to look than FTM top surgery, it's a procedure that has been developed, standardized and perfected for breast cancer patients long before adult sexual mutilation was considered a socially acceptable practice and yet the tranny surgeons are charging top dollar to sew nipples on crooked and there's almost always severe scarring left over far more significant than would be typical for a typical breast removal.

Both TBH. Some autistic hobbies have female appeal as well(mass market kidslop) and some male hobbies have women looking for chad, but when it's a distinctly autistic male hobby such as in depth war games or "spreadsheet simulators" then you run into a dozen trannies before finding even one actual woman.
