All western liberals and at least half of western conservatives have no clue how bad it is in most black/brown dominant cultures.

Not only do they have zero shame, they revere cheating and scamming.

The goal isn't to eliminate or even reduce corruption; the goal is to be the person who gets to benefit from corruption.
