Iran is an example of something I want to call the "Weak/strong Paradox." Where a country is both a dire threat to the entire world and also a weak punching bag that can be defeated effortlessly.
Basically with how badly Mossad seems to have fucked Iran, how can anyone with a straight face call this country any kind of global threat? It looks like a bunch of pro NBA players at the Olympics vs. The Kuwait Five.
"Iran is days away from the bomb we have to go in" -> "lol don't worry they are so stupid and poor it will be easy"
Iran is a shit stirrer. They can be hyperbolized into strength if they do a few dramatically stupid things right. That 5'1" guy who's an angry drunk is not necessarily a normal danger, but if he gets his hand on a gun and decides to rob a bank, he's probably more likely to kill innocent people than your average bank robber. That's kind of how I see Iran. Not an existential threat, but stupidly aggressive without the means to back it up unless they do something properly stupid.
No one in the region has detected any fallout yet and Iran had evacuated the facilities and moved their stockpiles quite a while ago according to their own statements.
They also said they shot down an F-35, and that this was because their air defense systems were capable of detecting them already.
That was a lie.
There were elevated radiation levels at these facilities already noted in previous decades. Now that's going to be because they are, in fact, nuclear facilities, but we're just going to have to wait on fallout data.

Yeah no shit.
but we're just going to have to wait on fallout data.
It's been half a day. So far no one has detected anything. We don't even know if the facility itself even has been destroyed or even sustained serious damage. All we have is a couple of pictures showing a couple of small holes.
The Iranians on the ground have stated that the Fordow facility has taken massive damage. I saw a feed from NASA in a livestream last night that detected a fucking massive cloud erupting from the location of the facility. Another video emerged near one of the other 2 facilities which appear to have been struck by multiple tomahawks (the video shows only the sound of the impacts).
It is very likely that all 3 of the targets were hit, and have sustained significant damage. As with Chernobyl, it's going to take a few days for radioactive particles to spread around and get detected, so we shall see.
Look. I am willing to believe the intel changed.
So... let's see it.
Or, we could just test the fallout of the nuclear sites that we just bombed for U-235.

Pick one.

funny, that's also how I see Israel except they already have the gun
Genocidal apartheid israel is a terrorist state that has repeatedly done unprovoked attacks (literal terrorism) on all sovereign states in the area.
If anything, we should be bombing genocidal apartheid israel's nuclear sites so they can't threaten anyone more.
So has Iran. Whatever happened to all those Lebanese Christians?

That was a HUGE F-35.
It was an F-35 that was basically larger than a Stratofortress.
