They need the U.S. to use bunker busters in Iran because Israel lacks the bombers (and the bombs themselves) to blow up Iran’s nuclear program. This whole attack by Israel will be a failure if they don’t take out that facility.

You have to wonder what the Iranian position is in all of this. They have to play chicken with the US to save face, but push comes to shove there is nothing they can do to stop a joint military operation.
