The very next day, the company had dozens of job openings. By the end of the year, the local community saw an increase in employment and wages among working class blacks and whites in the community whom had been displaced by the immigrant labor.
Truth is, he should have been raiding these companies from the beginning and arresting the HR staff.
Just one HR rep or manager perp walking facing 10 years for a felony offence. The laws are already on the books. Would change everything overnight. I'm assuming that is held in the back pocket as the nuclear option.
Difficulty: those same hiring authorities would have been canned for racism if they looked too closely at the fake ID some non-English speaking squatamalan shows them when applying for the job and the company would be hit with fines by the fags at the EEOC.
Maybe, before arresting them for going along with the incentives the federal government pushes, we could try removing those incentives? Maybe even turn the incentives the other direction and give a reward when an illegal candidate with fake ID is reported instead of hired?
