I would be ok with student from countries who aren’t knowingly spying on us and actively engaged in generational warfare and even then only maybe 1 foreign student for every 5 American students. Anything else is rife for corruption like academics currently is.

I might be ok with it if we had 1) a quota of two native students to every foreigner, 2) No scholarships or grants for the foreigners.
