KIA1 is still technically going strong, but there are several people who are still speaking out against the mods for their questionable policy choices even though they ostensibly care about the sub not getting nuked off the face of reddit, or simply because they accuse too many posts of being off topic. I have to wonder if the only reason reddit has not banned KIA from there at all is because it would start to give the appearance that they are shutting out people they don't want.

Banning them would likely prevent future people from even pretending to play along with their humiliation ritual, and, instead of getting the large, controlled group to self censor, break containment and their ability to easily watch and control the large mass of people.
