I realize it's all arbitrary. But I always had her in the catagory of like, Iceman and the like, who had a power level because if the kind of stories they were in, if they were real and applied themselves they'd be monsters.
One of the Spider-Verse variants of Spider-Man is basically that when the timeline branches after the Spider-Man Versus Wolverine comic from 1986. Spider-Man stays in Europe with Wolverine to try and redeem himself after having accidentally killed Charlie. Because of the further conflict Spider-Man experiences there he ends up being trained by Wolverine and becomes the worlds best assassin, even upgrading his webshooters to include wrist mounted firearms.
The speculation and therapy crafting is fun on its own. And if you have a crunchy writer who likes that kind of thing it makes sense to ask for the authority position. Somebody like stan? It's about the emotional core, the technical ideas of who's the best don't matter as much.
Aside from what BetterNameUnfound posted (and that's the most honest answer), the nitty gritty answer is that Sue probably has the most raw power ability to kill the rest of them if she did something nasty like put force fields in their brains (she might have to suffocate Reed instead, though)... but if we're talking about "things someone could do if they acted in a way they never acted," Reed is fully capable of building a gadget to kill any of them, Johnny could easily roast Sue or Reed if he struck first (he might have more trouble with Ben), and by the same token there's not much stopping Ben from just randomly smashing Sue or Johnny's head if he wanted to.
(It's still not as bad as the doing the same conversation with the Justice League, though. I'm pretty sure every core member of that team has trashed the rest of the team at one point or another).
Im not talking about 1v1. Although that's a bit warmer. Sue given sufficient focus could project her presence at a scale they couldn't even perceive, both macro and micro.

Like giving Spiderman a sniper rifle.

I remember, I really enjoyed that one.
There's also a single splash panel in Grim Hunt where Web shows Peter what he'll turn into if he kills Kraven.
In that one Peter just grows his hair long and gets a badass pea coat that I thought was the height of fashion in high school.
Stan Lee himself put it best.
Yeah basically.
