If I remember correctly, those groups got most of their start up capital under Obama, via the multiple "stimulus" bills and the multiple rounds of "quantitative easing", which was just the Fed printing trillions of dollars and giving it to their buddies.
Correction: Blackrock and Vanguard are the biggest shareholders of everyone, not just Palantir.
Vanguard and blackrock’s voting rights are more powerful than most governments at this point.
