That's why he also linked it to Anarchism, because Queer Theory as he's using it is just a kind of Sexual Anarchism. I think it's less anarchistic, and more just: Sex Communism. It's not merely the eradication of boundary and order, it's treating heterosexuality and sexual reproduction as bourgeois.
What you're describing is also rhetorical warfare. MAP is supposed to have less 'stigma' than pedophilia. That's why the quote he reads from the book uses 'boy-lover'. They are trying to de-stigmatize something that should be stigmatized.

This is entirely correct, anything that utilizes intersectionality and “power dynamics” is, by its nature, a communist/marxist ideology. It’s the limbs of postmodernism along with CRT, deconstructionism and feminism.

This a subset of the “positivity movement” that started in the 60s as well, academics conditioned people (mainly women) to believe any negative thoughts were inherently bad (unless approved by authority figures). This is why there’s been a growing push against revulsion, fear, and anger (all natural responses inherent in the brain) and replacing them with “acceptance” because revulsion feelings towards hedonism keeps stigmatizing those behaviors.

Don't forget "Shame". The stigmatization of shame was, I would argue, their greatest victory.
Shame can be weaponized and pathologized (like anything else), but is an emotion that is anti-narcissistic, and explicitly requires introspection and consideration of others around you. Shame is good. This is why being "shameless" is bad, and calling someone "shameless" doesn't have the negative connotation it used to.
