Subscribestar exists for a reason. Patreon has been converged for many years, no one using it should be under any illusions about how secure it is against cancellation campaigns.
Getting on it is a hard thing to do actually from what I heard from another creator I know. It's not simple as make an account, seems to he a kinda waiting list though I don't know the details.
Yeah they don't actually let you make a Subscribestar unless you have another account they can verify is earning money already. So if you get banned off of Patreon then you're out of luck.
Some other alternatives are Unifans (Japanese/Chinese) and Boosty (Russian, but has payment issues).
