He's implying that people calling the attacker "anti-natalist" are an op to bolster natalism.
So is professing to misandry and making it a core part of your identity. Especially in men.

He' more than just anti-natal, he's straight up anti-life. As in, he wants humans to go extinct and desires to kill people to speed it along.
These people will be invaluable to A.I. that decides to exterminate us. Reminds me of a Terminator novel where anti-human environmentalists were helping Skynet run human vivisection testing labs.
