And, see, shit like that is why, like Matt Walsh in the video that was posted, I'm glad she's getting paid. Perhaps it's shallow and silly, but I don't care. It's about sending a message. It's not even about race - a lot of the usual crowd want to act like it's just evil White Supremes doing this - but people are just tired of cancel culture in general. The guy filming said 'we're going to cancel you' she said 'no, fuck you'...and the crowd goes wild! I don't have to like what she did, or even like her, to like the message.
As for your question, Viva Frei is also losing his mind, but I don't think he's coming from a bad place, he's just confused. He thinks the whole thing is an op. It's not even completely out of the question that's he might be right, but I think he just doesn't want to deal with that it might be real...but for his own sensibilities, not because he's trying to shape other people. It's funny, all his comments are calling him out, too. 'We're just fatigued, this is real,' and stuff.
When reality shits all over his carefully constructed worldview, he grasps for any explanation that won’t force him to completely re-examine and (potentially) dumpster his first order beliefs. Accusing every “incongruous event” of being “le psyop” is pure cope.
