It's a word. I don't like adults calling children any names or slurs, but we've seen so much worse. This was an altercation between two people. It shouldn't be national news. She certainly shouldn't be under more scrutiny than Karmelo Anthony...you know, that black kid who murdered a white kid and was treated like the victim. And will likely get off.
I don't fucking care. This is well past old at this point. Someone shouldn't be targeted for throwing an insult at someone else. "Nigger" only has as much power as people give it, and it's not magic. It's exhausting.
Also, how ironic - and sad - would it be if Shiloh Hendrix faced more legal ramifications than Karmelo Anthony?
Karmelo Anthony is very unlikely to get off. His case has some of the worst facts I can imagine, so the best even a corrupt system is going to be able to get him is a murder conviction with a low number of years in prison.
As for not calling children slurs, yes, it's always bad. But yes we've seen much worse with zero repercussions. I'm surprised nobody is bringing this video back up. It should be shared because this is a black racist psycho screaming racial epithets at a child for literally no reason on a NYC subway train.
Your usual "Black" versus "white" framing, too.
I'm so tired of all this bullshit.

It’s cool. I don’t think I can hate blacks any harder, but every day surprises me.

I hope you're right, but we all know the facts don't matter. The only thing that will matter is who gets to be on the jury.
