If the courts were cucked, they'd be reticent to pass harsh judgments on anyone. That's not what they're doing. They're letting non-white criminals go with slaps on the wrist, even for mass rape and murder, and they're throwing the book at every White person who dares to question or oppose the anti-White tyranny we're living under, even for non-crimes like "hate speech", or "praying in public", or even attempting to defend ourselves or our loved ones from being hurt.

I'd argue worse. The Brits don't actually have any genuine legal framework to violate, it's kind of a "fuck it" situation.
Here there actually is a series of documents that they deliberately ignore and constantly violate.
The Brits at least have an excuse, they aren't "equipped" properly to enforce their laws when the overlords won't.
