It's been proven (in mock trials) that black jurors are extremely biased depending on the race of the defendant. They're loathe to convict their own and eager to put whites away. Of course this was inconvenient to the authorities so the results were dismissed, but it proved what any white person with common sense already suspected. A single black juror increases conviction chances for whites by a large amount, regardless of circumstances or evidence.
Correct.
That whole "jury of your peers" thing seems to be rather important and tragically overlooked as a core component of our justice system's ability to function in a just manner.
If black murderers always got juries composed entirely of black people, then no black would ever go to jail for murdering a white person.
Well, guess we can't allow them to inhabit our civilization then. They're simply incompatible with it.
Yeah, but they'd only be murdering other blacks, so it's a self- correcting problem
