That's smart. The longer and thinner they are the higher the ratio of cheap breading vs meat.
Not sure it makes a difference. How much actual chicken do you think is in their nuggets?

We get strips as limited menu items quite often in my country and unlike the nuggets they aren't minced meat. (They are also more expensive as a result.)
I watched an episode of Undercover Boss with a ship captain. And he said he caught little fish that make up McDonalds chicken nuggets
