Colleges started to play the corporate game around the late 90s/early 2000s, being entirely leftist they immediately flooded all new money/growth with infinity “administrative” jobs to create a bureaucracy. Then begged government for more money, begged foreign governments for money, basically whored out everywhere possible while skyrocketing costs to students (yay socialism). Then Obummer pulled another great scam in his first term and pushed college loans on retards to keep the money vacuum of colleges going.
“Get a government backed loan! Education is so important!” Nevermind the dropout rate skyrocketed as colleges basically made themselves highschool level degrees to cater to the millions of stupid kids who didn’t realize they were being fleeced by their great savior, most still don’t while their crying about student loans as Biden forgave the loans of… government stooges and people making 100k plus a year.
Remove all federal funding and watch a lot of these places either kick the left out to stay solvent or collapse under their foolish decisions.
