The comments section on Youtube is a free-for-all. I wouldn't say that "youtube allows" it. If the video said that, it'd be removed in an instant.

Youtube comment section is definately not a free for all. My comments often get shadow banned on youtube

You literally cannot say "there are only two genders; humans are mammals and scientifically speaking, there is only male and female".

YouTube automatically shadowbans the comment.

YouTube has to censor the mainstream news. It's sad how many words they censor.
