Sure, you don't want a bunch of clones but you want everyone on the same page or at a minimum same chapter. If one person's goal in the session is to talk to every single person in town while the rest of the party wants to crunch a bunch of skulls someone is not going to be happy.

Aye, I've played with some moderates but that's the closest I've gotten in recent memory, lefties are only trouble as I've learned over time.
