I hope this goes the way of that garbage Halo show and gets axed after only two seasons.
Few Shitflix shows last more than two seasons. Their model isn't about airing shows that draw large audiences, but about constantly pumping out new content. That way, subscribers will stay hooked just so they won't miss all the new shows, any of which could be the televised event of the century, and they wouldn't wanna be behind all their friends if they didn't catch it when it premiered, now would they?
So here's hoping.
I'm pretty sure they keep an eye on watch time, cause I'm fairly certain I had a hand in paradise pd getting 4 seasons cause I used to stream that series and fall asleep for weeks and months lol.
Probably, there just isn't the money in being DEI anymore, especially since China stopped funding it and make their own stuff to sell in the west realising the Western media market is up for grabs.
Wouldn't be surprised, considering it's Netflix.
