Anybody that's been to one convention could've told you this. Female cosplayers love to dress up in the skimpiest shit they can get away with. If a character doesn't have a sexy outfit, they will simply make a sexy version of the regular one.

No, what he’s saying is female cosplayers are attention whores who trade in smut targeting children.
It's not targeting children. It's targeting the lowest common denominator, which is sexual attraction, agreed upon by 97% of healthy men who have passed puberty.

Just look at any cosplay of Triss from The Witcher. 90% of them are her alternative outfit with the major boobage open front dress.
