From one of the previous threads when this casting was speculated, it was mentioned that she is involved with the show as an executive producer.
Executive producer is pretty hands-off compared to a standard producer. It's basically given to IP rights holders as a formality.
Its not happening on another planet. She should be aware of the casting by now and if she doesnt speak up, im gonna assume she's fine with it. Which shouldnt be a surprise, she is a TERF after all. Equality for thee but not for she
There's an old Futurama joke implying that they're effectively vanity credits. In any case, I would link giving her that credit to the product having her endorsement.
