Nope, your version with the Swedish flag is the fake.
The fact that the pride flag showed more than the Swedish flag (face of the soldier) made me dig deeper. Also, the lettering over the Swedish flag looks off.
I found several Swedish articles showing the pride flag and other pride crap from the Swedish armed forces. Their armed forces also had a pride webpage that is now 404 but archives show multiple archives in the past years.

While the image (sadly, tragically) didn't turn out to be fake, it's a good thing that you - and Lurker - looked into it. Then again, you probably did because it's literally unbelievable.
