It comes from welfare, shit culture (manufactured deliberately) and feminism. Fatherlessness was not nearly as common 80 years ago in the black communities.
I remember this news story about some black dads doing volunteer work at their local school to help reduce fighting and gang activity. It worked immediately and was very effective.
IP2 is the sort of hub/foundation from which a lot of these types sprung and emulated. Which was filled with basically a little of every race, though slavs seemed to make the news the most.
So for once, its not just a black thing. Though they certainly seem to amp up the chimp behavior in foreign countries the most specifically, while the rest are content in their homeland being degenerates.
