I think St. Clair is maliciously lying and trying to smear Milo with CSAM allegations.
I didn't see any actual pics on Milo's account.
But he did provide a link to an old abandoned 2013 X account @optatives that was SFW and was at one point owned by a young St. Clair posting some clothed tween selfies. The account hasn't been updated since 2014 but is still up, so presumably she lost access.
I'm not sure which of these Milo may have posted, but these are archives of the clothed tween selfies from that account that I believe St. Clair is misrepresenting.

St. Clair appears clothed and underaged in the photos, but the selfies appear even older than 2013 given they are all posted with the hashtag #ThrowbackThursday indicating she is older in 2013 when tweeting and simply posting archived old photos even back then.
