Okay, but why would this be a good gift? US stuff wasn’t involved in that as far as I’m aware, and even if there was US involvement, it happened under Biden, not Trump. This is like me celebrating a friendship by gifting my friend a photo of me holding a trophy that has nothing to do with him. It’s either a threat, or some kind of weird narcissistic social ineptitude. And I’m not saying it can’t be the latter, but it’s weird either way.
Also, to be honest, the fact that they apparently gave him a real pager at the same time tips it a bit towards “threat” for me. “Hey, remember that time we gave people pagers that were really bombs, so we could blow them up whenever we wanted? Anyway, here’s a pager.”

It's not a "good" gift. It is a gloating gift. There was probably some intel sharing in the background that we don't know about but for the most part they are gloating. Not to mention, Trump seemed to think the attack was great. The gift was about "look how we got those bastards". This isn't like a personal friendship.
I don't know anything about a "real" pager. Not sure why he would care unless they were trying to tell him "hey, we're about to do this, standby".

During the campaign, I think I saw his staff printing out tweets and reading them off to him, so that he could respond to the tweets himself, which he dictated to his staffer to post. He included specific directions on which letters and words to capitalize.
