Prety much, I give MORE leeway to short people because if they can't reach something, I'll help them if I'm nearby abd for very tall people I won't stare at them as I know a few that develop social anxiety due to their height. They can't help it unlike obese people.

Obesity is directly tied with what you stuff into your pie hole, and is, therefore, inherently mutable, so no, fuck the land whales.

Your BMI should determine the sentencing for crimes against you where if the maximum sentence is less than the victim's BMI then they serve no time.
