You see, Reddit is secretly run by fascists

A post in /rpg shilling a "Punch Nazis" bundle sale got yanked by the admins for advocating violence. When held to their own standards, redditors remain cool and perfectly sane about the whole thing.
It's funny, there's some stuff here I agree with completely, some stuff I agree with but not how the Redditors meant, and some stuff that is just straight up retarded.
Yup, axe the admins, and let subreddits and their moderators do as they please. Right on.
And that's correct. The rules need to be applied equally. There's no carveout for calling for the murder of political opposition.
This criticism I agree with completely. The sanitization of language has been utterly disastrous to society, and forcing people to phrase things in certain ways is literally a form of brainwashing. Nanny state social media nonsense has to go.
I see a lot more censorship attempts and abuse of the system coming from leftists and anti-Nazis...ironically on the last part.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
...
AHAHA.
HA.
Purity spiral remains undefeated
I saw another post about a gay sub reddit being banned because they only wanted to fuck other biological men, those fascists
After two failed assassination attempts, how much of this "equal" enforcement is because Reddit doesn't want to get investigated by the feds?
The feds can't investigate themselves.
they can and do all the time! amazingly, nothing wrong has ever been found
"the admins exhibit a clear bias in favor of far-right wing ideology."
LOFUCKINGL
This, frankly, is far less unfair than Reddit normally is.
Several years ago, r/Anarchism101 made a post about the bus of Trump supporters that were in favor of deporting illegals. This was back in like 2017-2018.
Several posters not only advocated for violence, but one explicitly stated that someone should go to the bus, and pour thermite into the gas tank, burn the whole thing, and kill everyone inside.
The Admins directly reached out to the Moderators of the sub and told them, something along the lines of "Hey, you guys have been doing this too much. You can't just not remove content that explicitly calls for murder and violence at the rate that you have been doing over the past several months. This is the fourth time we've had to reach out to you about this."
In case you're not clear, if you think I'm censorious here, double check the full fucking novel of the "Long Rules" on the KiA2 reddit. This was because not only would the Admins never reach out, let alone accept an appeal, but there would never be any warning. In fact, there were never warnings about changes to policy regarding what was considered violent speech.
I will remind you that AoV was banned for violent speech. "Violent Speech" doesn't mean "we should kill them". Violent Speech meant: "That transwoman is ugly".
Oh yeah, I almost forgot the secret rule. The rule that was actually a violation of the rules if you told it to someone. BTW, that was "Transpeople have a mental illness." Yes, quoting the rule got people banned sitewide.
This, frankly, is evidence that even in the Reddit moderation mills of H1B redeemers, there is a small cultural change taking place away from the Left, and this counts as "Reddit is controlled by Fascists".
This is why I'm not getting back into DnD
Just homebrew. They can't errata your homebrew.
Pirate old editions. The Trove may be gone, but you can still find PDF's online.
I'm running Dolmenwood, which is based on Old School Essential, which is a rewrite of B/X D&D from the early 80s. Best time I've had in a long while.
their uncreative streak is undaunted

Secretly?
Unironically, they're correct, but as always they project. The left runs reddit and tries to ban any semblance of actual conservative thought or groups pushing back against leftist bullshit.
Not quite, but it almost rhymes with “fascists”
