Yep. Well they think the entire non western world was a peaceful utopia. If you haven’t seen the clip from Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee where Sitting Bull and that Army Colonel speak you should. I grew up in Oklahoma and we would have Native American tribal leaders come speak to us sometimes and they would talk about tribal wars before Europeans arrived so thankfully I never fell into the trap of thinking everything was utopian
Also they mastered the art of farming which europeans had never done before. Then the invading euros stole farming from them and intentionally gave them small pox blankets 400 years before the germ theory of disease.
Are they going to acknowledge the tribe that was conquered by the tribe they are acknowledging?
