The sheer amount and type of names on the list leaves it with two possibilities.
They are afraid they will never get power again and are trying to rush out all the final awards to their "loyalists" as payment.
Or Biden is still fucking with everybody and is now devaluing the entire thing by just giving it to everyone in a move that everyone can see is complete horseshit, much like when Obama unintentionally destroyed the Nobel Prize from every being praised again. Part of me leans into this one because its literally a giant slap in the face to Hillary as a participation award after Trump destroyed her entire life's work.
Even if its meant to be some "humiliation ritual" its still completely failing as nobody who'd be humiliated by it takes Biden or the federal government seriously as an authority.

In 15 days, Trump is appointing Scott Bessent to head the U.S. Treasury. Scott Bessent was Soros' fund manager for 20+ years and was expected to take over his operation. Bessent is the guy who helped Soros short Asian currencies that nearly collapsed Hong Kong and Singapore. It took those countries decades to recover from Soros/ Bessent shorting their currencies; it got them both banned from trading in Asia ever again.
Now Trump is handing over the U.S. Treasury to that guy, presumably because Bernie Madoff isn't available. Soros can shove that little medal up his ass. It hasn't meant anything since Clinton started handing them out to commies and Black Panther terrorists in the 90s.

Every time I see another, "Biden does X" post it reminds me that Republicans are fake and gay (not that I need to be reminded) because they aren't on TV/social media 24/7 demanding the removal of Biden due to the fact that he isn't mentally competent.
We know Biden is being directed by others and they're doing as much damage as possible before Trump takes office. (This specific example is relatively tame, but most aren't.)
