I don’t believe the Reddit numbers at all.
Add 20 to the blue side, take away 20 from the red side. That's a far more realistic reading.
Reddit’s conservatives are strictly RINOs is why
Leftists have an infinite capacity for tolerating shithead jannies, right wingers move on and do something else instead of arguing with people who can't be affected by words.
That or we just get banned and move on.
At what point are rinos the actual republican party and traditionalists aren't considered Republicans anymore?
As long as the 2 party facade can be maintained.
I don’t disagree with that assessment, I just don’t know what other term to call these sorts on Reddit, they’re literally just leftoids lmao.
This number is whether you get any news from reddit, not how much.
Probably the conservatives just see the front page and see a few news stories that way, whereas most of the liberals are jerking off to r/politics all day.
Its probably counting "Right wing" as places like r/conservative and others like it, that are basically still just Leftists that pretend they aren't because they wear boots and go to Church sometimes kinda.
I don't see how it is possible to make this assessment. Maybe if you developed a really good algorithm and then had very large sample sizes.
It's from Pew Research so it's a poll. They no doubt asked "do you get the news on X? YouTube? Reddit?" and what politics you are.
Pew research is demonstratively unrelatable.
Yesterday I got a five-day ban from r/SquaredCircle for...being positive and having perspective about All Elite Wrestling in the weekly Dynamite ratings thread.
The mods of that subreddit encourage negativity and punish positivity.
That being my SECOND ban, I knew the writing was on the wall, so I nuked my account and closed it.
Found your problem. One of the worst boards to be compromised by the leftist menace.
I wasn't even being political. I was pointing out how everyone else was slamming an irrelevant metric, while I pointed out that they were #4 out of at least 200 shows in the 18-49 demo, which is what actually matters.
Then, referencing previous shadowbanned comments for doing just that, I said "This comment's not going to show up, is it?"
And that triggered some mod.
Not that TV ratings will matter much soon. They're going streaming on Max starting January 1.
Reddit didn’t just promote lefties. It’s actively banned Conservatives. Sometimes permanently (like me).
TikTok and Instagram are dominated by single women & single moms. No surprise there.
These seem way to balanced honestly. Unless the Republican's simply don't post and only lurk.
I would assume some of this is skewed by age.
Boomers know how to use YT & FB.
They don’t use Reddit.
They fear Tik-Tok and Instagram.
Well, it was bought by the CCP in 2019...
The left right split is more like a disaffected vs invested split. I have more in common with an antifa, upset at being sold out, but with the main difference that I'm not mentally ill and abused like they are so I'm not self destructive than a neocon MIGA right winger just pumping his stock portfolio and voting for more foreign aid The mainstream people happy with the status quo of being sold out by central bankers are more of a single bloc, not as disparate as dems and reps pretend to be.
Faggot.
