A lady I was talking to at the time was very upset and ranting about how Trump had been so divisive and was mad that I wasn’t outraged. I just said after months of rioting thugs this was hardly anything to get upset about. She was a progressive Christian as well so probably best we stopped talking
BLM set fire to a police station and took over part of a Seattle neighborhood and patrolled the perimeter with AK-47's.
Antifa tried to set fire to a federal courthouse for 100+ straight days.
Then you had Jan 6th which had so much carnage that a major news outlet ran a story the following day about "cleaning up the wreckage", which featured a picture of a janitor sweeping up a few plastic water bottles.
Exactly. I hope in the future the summer of love and Jan 6 are taught as a lesson on the manipulative power of the media. They downplayed very destructive riots and turned a dust up at the Capitol into something worse than than 9/11.
And never forget the news coverage: firey, but mostly peaceful. Meanwhile Jan 6 felt like Hitler himself went to the capital if you were to believe MSM.
