Another day, another chic pick by Trump

Masculine men won the election for Trump, so this obsession with female nominations is starting to feel like a betrayal.
Also, is this a knock-on effect of democrats reliably accusing almost every conservative male nominee of sexual assault? Gotta put up women to avoid the SA smear.
Several of the women nominated have worked with Trump for years. Linda McMahon was part of the first administration, Susie Wiles was his campaign manager twice, and Pam Bondi is his personal lawyer. Tulsi was on the campaign trail, and Noem supported him when it was politically dangerous to do so. Trump rewards loyalty. I don't know why this is surprising to people.
EDIT: I forgot to add that Karoline Leavitt was part of the 2016 administration, too.
And he actually has a good track record of picking women who are actually competent. Kayleigh McEnany was maybe the best pick, man, or woman, that he made last administration.
And as terrified as all of the right people are acting about Wiles and Bondi, I am willing to see how they do.
Especially after his first term was plagued with people constantly betraying him and selling his loyalty for asspats at every chance despite him giving them stations beyond what they'd ever get otherwise. I can't imagine that preventing that isn't high on his list this go around.
I don't like putting in women, but there is something to be said of extreme loyalty to a person/movement being stronger than competency or experience.
Is that why Rubio was nominated?
What's he done in the last 8 years?
I was impressed by Rubio sallying out on CNN and giving 100% to defend the whole Puerto Rico thing. Or something equally touchy, I don't know. If he's on the team then he's on the team.
If people still entertain these sexual assault allegations attacks, there is no hope of this country.
All these accusers coming forward now should be at best, laughed at mercilessly, and at worst thrown in jail for lying.
Effective tactic to lock out the possibility of putting effective people in.
Absolutely pernicious.
Whats the ratio of men / women so far?
34 men, 10 women

The real question is what's the ratio of hotties? I'd be more disappointed if Trump appointed an ugly woman.
Not that bad if that's the final ratio, especially with firebreathers like Hegseth and RFK Jr. Gaetz would have been over the moon, too bad we couldn't have that.
I love how this subforum is on constant patrol.
Imp, is that you seething?
