I had to suss this out from context. Is there now a label to describe those people who accurately categorize loli porn as child porn?
Lemme guess: “antis” are immediately branded as secret pedophiles because anyone who objects to obvious depictions of child pornography must be hiding something?
Conversely, the best way to oppose child porn is to act like animated depictions of it don’t bother you at all, or even appeal to you! You know, like proving you’re not gay by fearlessly kissing another man. Or maybe sucking his dick.

That's quite a stream of thought for seeing one word in a post. It recall for a while you'd see "anti" on half-KIA for "anti-GG." It's just a generic grouping for people whose defining trait is their opposition to whatever group the speaker is assuming is their normal audiance. Could be anti-anime, anti-free-speech, anti-fan, anti-characters not as ugly as Concord, anti-just about anything. From OP context, there isn't enough information to tell.
i only know it from anti-fan. basically people who hate something enough to hate on the internet. music groups most often.
