But inter-racial face blindness is a real thing. They're discriminating against a real "disorder" (evolutionary variance, really).

Stereotyping is a basic evolutionary process, used by our brain to save time and effort when dealing with similar patterns.

So basically all "anti-racism" measures are just them rejecting evolutionary science.

I don't know if it's blindness. Korea is a relatively small and homogenous country. You could rather say that they have extra Korean-distinguishing powers.
