It's just looking at the most recent google results. If you SEO'd a porn game and "modern stunning RPG environment" enough, that would get recommended instead. While it's "AI", it's more "A" than "I". It's quite the simpleton, the LLM.
Exactly. The AI can't play the video games, it can't watch videos of them, and isn't capable (at least yet) of forming and holding its own opinions. So this result is going to be highly influenced by all the retarded 9/10 reviews for Veilguard.
At least the rest of the recommendations are good if not exactly original and groundbreaking.
There is a video I saw recently where someone created a text interface for the LLMs to play Minecraft. They did poorly, but it was interesting none the less.
This becomes clear when you ask it anything about music.
I was asking for some songs to play while I was in drop D tuning. It constantly recommended standard tuning songs.
This is a pretty standard indication of LLM style AI's poor ability to recognise quality over quantity. Not just the Veilguard, it's how incredibly normie and amnesiac that whole list is, it has no concept of quality, just how many recent namedrops each title has.
Its still a AAA game with a huge amount of talk happening about it, regardless of how bad it might actually be. The AI is probably just pulling positive blurbs from some of the top traffic sites and calling it good.
Its more indicative of how useless AI really is beyond summarizing a wikipedia page for you and how completely useless the majority of gaming press still is.
Elon was on JRE the other day and they both tried to get Grok to "roast" trannies in female sports and it blatantly gave shitlib commentary in real time.
What a load of grok.
"Engaging action combat?" You HIT THE THING WITH THE THING, and you have basically zero control of targeting as a warrior in close range combat.
The online consensus of high reputation reviews are that Dragon Age: The Veilguard is a 10/10 masterpiece. As time goes on, the transcripts of tuber videos will become part of that consensus, as well as social media buzz around it, and user reviews. It will be recategorized.
Pretty much every business student has written a paper where there was only going to be a temporary sweet spot where AI was actually helpful before it was fully captured by corporations and AI seo. It’s crazy to think that’s already being proven as overly idealistic
Reminder that AI is supposed to render humanity redundant and the stock market priced all this in.
