It was obvious from pretty early on they were trying to pull their usual shenanigans.
But Trump's daughter in law and all of the various legions it seems she set up were prepared for it and cut it before they could really accomplish much with it and spooked a lot of them on the ground out of trying anything major. It was an impressively done plan and it seemed nearly every time something cropped up they had people moving against it, and if they were being truthful they even had the sense to keep quiet about how well organized it was until after the election instead of boasting.
Hopefully the Republican Party learned something from this (lol) and continue to employ the same tactics into the future, because its clear the Dems couldn't even manage to handle the slightest resistance to their plans and it derailed them almost entirely.
I think the places it was the least successful were showing us where the rot ran deepest and had the longest history of pulling such activity.
Arizona was owned by McCain for decades and cheered him protecting Obamacare with his last dying breath to stick it to Trump. Its almost a lost state with how RINO it is.
Wisconsin pulling another 4 AM blue F curve and having precincts with over 100% turnout is probably connected to Republicans not focusing on it as hard as they focused on PA.
