Yep… I’ve seen the pictures the Russians posted of dead American marines and rangers. What kind of moron would go throw themselves into that meat grinder? It seems as though you get obliterated by Russian artillery almost immediately.
Agreed. It's foolish beyond belief.
The military rots the brain. Especially combat roles, once you go in, you never really leave.
Some people feel better in a fight.
I'd very much doubt you saw uniformed Marines and Rangers in country killed in active combat.
