I head from UK friends so checked myself, the BBC isn't showing he won, only saying Trump DECLARED he won.

I think this is the denial stage as Trump and MAGA had a blowout in the election, and now the guy they put through lawfare, tried to assassinate, demonised for years has now got given the presidential boot to shove up ALL their asses.
