A witness just referred to him as "the white man" and instead of saying "by 'the white man' you mean the defendant, Mr Penny?" he just went along with it.
Did the defense object? That seems like an intentionally inflammatory tactic, and it should be standard practice to refer to someone by their name.
I'm pretty sure the judge wouldn't allow the defense to refer to the deceased as "the person arrested X times and convicted Y times" in lieu of their name.
"Did Chad's arm ever leave the neck of the dead tweeker?"
Remember it's already been stated Neely still had a pulse after being released and neither the arriving EMTs or cops wanted to even touch the guy let alone perform CPR on him. This is the prosecution clawing for any angle they can after facts have already torpedoed the main topic of the case.

And no objections from his attorneys?
The White man did nothing wrong.
Well he did relax briefly, but he recovered.
The White man's unburden.

Trump needs to pardon this guy as soon as he gets into office and get that DA removed.
J6 first.
He can't, not a federal charge sadly.
And yet it's Mr. Neely
