And reversing their procedure is far more risky than mens, both in terms of actual harm to them or sterilization being permanent. And that leads to lawsuits to the point where the doctors just reject them outright.
So they've put themselves in the position of needing abortion because they couldn't live with the consequences of their actions in the past and needing to dodge the consequences of them in the present.
