I used to just check White and that was it. Now I will mark other and list my predominant cultural heritage English and Norwegian. Do you think this is a mistake? Should I be broader and say European heritage? Should I just mark the White box?

I've heard the term Heritage American get tossed around in recent years, which I kind of like for how it reinforces the reality that America is a nation of European bloodlines.
Here in Canada we use "Old stock" to differentiate ourselves from the recent waves of immigrants. Obviously this gets you banned off of social media up here now.
