The reason any of this sentiment exists is because of Leftists dedicating themselves to a media created hyper-reality where those same people think 14,000 unarmed black people are killed every year by police, a number off by 3 orders of magnitude. Devoting yourself to a different Leftist hyper-reality is also wrong.
The solution is simple, the Leftists don't produce anything, and should be defunded. That kills their activism and their hyper-reality can't be sustained.

Almost every single Leftist program in the west is funded by your tax dollars or your pension fund. Most of that money is being embezzled and used to fund programs and NGO's that hate you.

But frankly, if you start taking chunks out of just the top two items migrants will stream across the border to get out. They are only here for a couple bucks and will leave when the economy slows. They are being actively brought here. They are not coming organically. Cut funding to the NGO's and incentive programs and you'll have a better wall than a physical one. After that, enforce basic and "common-sense" immigration law. Deport any illegal that commits a crime.
"What about ethnic groups interacting with each other." See previous eras of American History. Allow people to live next to each other for a few generations without stoking race hatred and people will find and choose the amicable mean.
With everything you said that has a very low chance of happening you still need several generations and a faith in human nature that I've not yet seen.
One of the worse realizations of my adult life was that color blindness was only for white people. No other ethnicity was doing it. The idea that in a couple of generations they will develop color blindness does not seem realistic. If it was to happen it would have already happened in the 90s and early 2000s.

I'm keeping them afloat because they are my neighbors and community members. You should to. Change your economic habits to benefit the people around you and stop giving money to people who hate you.
