Nobody has, or maybe it was reversed? Some users here "downvote" themselves to 0/0 from 1/0 for whatever reason which is less of a downvote and more removing the "passive" upvote all comments get when made.
Could also be someone fat fingering it. I've done so before and instantly changed it again.
