Trump isn't the issue. You are. They can't stand people who aren't perfectly packaged into their little political boxes.

Stern had that edgy movie Private Parts in the 90s and it was full of the stuff he now supposedly hates.
You can't like the thing you were enough to make a movie about it, then turn around and say "just kidding I was actually a douchebag killjoy this entire time" and expect to be taken seriously by any group.
There is a gap between who you are as a person and your production as a professional.
He can say he has grown since then and that be fine, but he can't also keep a show where he profits off the audience he got from doing it and still whine about how much he has changed.
Unfortunately for guys like him, they made themselves the production, which means their every opinion and moral grandstand is judged.
And it's the pulling up the ladder behind you. He didn't just changed he wants his past destroyed, and doesn't want anyone to fill the void he left.
Well lucky for him his entire industry died on its own and he is basically one of the only ones left in it.
The podcast market has already overtaken everything he was, and its lead by the retard Rogan helping set the stage for people to walk towards Trump.
It was always a grift.
Boring as shit that needed the crutch of being outrageous to make a career and be relevant in the slightest. 40 year precursor of those degenerate annoyance streamers, easily.
