I mean if it WERE happening, I wouldn't be surprised:
A privileged class of degenerates that love abusing and sexualizing children and promote communistic ideology
A depressed economy that is eliminating the middle class and making the cost of living unbearable
A native population shouldering the 'sins' of a previous generation
A government unable/unwilling to handle extremist left wing radicals
